Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the countries listed below.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

  • Small parcel (bearings, oil): €2.99 per order
  • From an order value of €40.00 small parcels are delivered free of shipping costs within Germany.
  • Parcel (orders containing the Baitcaster Reel Tool Kit): €3.99 per order

Deliveries abroad:

Shipments abroad include tracking.

EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden):

  • Small parcel (bearings, oil): €5.99 per order
  • From an order value of €60.00 small parcels are delivered free of shipping costs.
  • Parcel (orders containing the Baitcaster Reel Tool Kit): €9.99 per order

International (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States):

  • Small parcel (bearings, oil): €8.99 per order
  • From an order value of €90.00 small parcels are delivered free of shipping costs.
  • Parcel (orders containing the Baitcaster Reel Tool Kit): €19.99 per order

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the recipient.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within Germany within 1 to 4 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2 to 8 days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account is charged when the contract is concluded.
